The rubber roller of the printing machine

The rubber roller is the core component of the printing machine, which is mainly responsible for the transfer of ink/lating liquid, uniform coating, printing, paper conveying and cleaning, which directly determines the colour uniformity, clarity and stability of the printed matter.

- Surface accuracy: grinding and polishing, moderate roughness, no bubbles, no knife lines.

- Wear resistance and resilience: long-term operation does not deform or glaze.
