II. Process confirmation

4.The positive and negative version, self-reprinted version, positive and negative set version should be ordered in advance.
III. Layout verification
1.Text typos, contact information and address are correct.
2.QR codes and barcodes are clear and can be scanned and recognised
3.The order of the page number and the position of the page number are correct
4.The background colour is full, there is no leakage of white and no risk of broken ink.
Small letters and fine lines are not less than 0.1mm
IV. Plate-making output
1.Typesetting, leaving the bite position
2.Exposure/CTP publication inspection outlet
3.Proofread colour mark, cutting line, knife mould line
4.Sign and confirm the proof draft before going on the machine.
V. Prepare before going on the machine.
1.Adjust the machine and calibrate the ink colour
2.Check the colour difference and overprinting accuracy of the sample manuscript
3.Adjust the pressure, speed and ink balance
