Full process in 5 steps;
1.Function: Self-ashesive labels in rolls are placed on a reel, pulled by a motor at a uniform speed, and tension mechanisms prevents the labels from stretching or misstipling.
2.Stripping and sub-marking: The label bypasses the peer off plate, the backing paper turns sharply and retracts, the label automatically separates without backing paper support, and hangs in the air.
3.Product detection:The photoelectric /eye sensor detects the product reaching the labeling station, initiating the labeling process.
4.Adhesive compaction: The rolling wheel and sponge roller flutter the label on the product surface, eliminating air bubbles.
5.Base paper recycling: The preled waste base paper is automatically re-cooled for continuous production.
