Common tag types (classified by material, structure and purpose)
I.Divided by material (the most mainstream)
1.Paper tags
The most universal, divided into copperplate paper, matte powder paper, kraft paper, special art paper, card paper, etc.
can be printed, gold stamped, laminated, clothing, bags, daily necessities are often selected.
2.Plastic/PVC tags
Waterproof, tough, mostly transparent/frosted, often used in swimsuits, outdoor supplies, footwear and jewellery.
3.Wooden tags
Made of logs/splints, more literary and retro, clothing, cultural creation, leather goods, aromatherapy are commonly used.
4.Metal tag
Aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper, good texture, mostly used in light luxury clothing, bags, accessories and leather goods.
5. Cloth/woven label tag
Webbing, cotton cloth, linen material, soft and skin-friendly, mostly underwear, home textile, cotton and linen clothing.
6.Leather tag
imitation leather, high-end clothing, leather shoes and leather goods are commonly used.
II. Divided by structure/style
1.Single tag: single card, basic style, simple and cheap.
2.Double-fold tag: foldable, can print double-sided/inner page information, larger capacity.
3.Alien tags: round, heart-shaped, irregular shape, focussing on creative decoration.
4.Combination set tags: main tag + sub-tag + size label + qualification certificate whole set matching, brand standard configuration.
5. Hole-through rope tag: with round hole, hanging hole, with woven rope, cotton rope, nylon rope hanging.
6.Hanging grain integrated hang tag : tag+ plastic hanging grain combination, the most common in the clothing industry.
7.Folding organ tags: multi-fold pages, can print instructions, washing labels, brand stories.
III. Divided by function/purpose
1.Brand main tag display LOGO and brand image.
2.Sizesingredient tag: mark the size, fabric and ingredients.
3.Washing label tag: washing method, maintenance instructions
4.Price tags: marked price, bar code, price tag.
5. Anti-counterfeiting tag: with anti-counterfeiting code, QR
code, fluorescent anti-counterfeiting, anti-counterfeiting.
6.Gifts/decorative tads: pure decoration, festival style, activity style.
IV. Special craft tags
Hot stamping/silver, UV concave and convex embossing, hollowing, flocking, dripping glue, luminous tags, etc., belong to the process upgrade and are not independent categories.
