What is a comiser?
Cushion punching machine (specially used for printing/label industries, also known as air hole punching machine and shoe eyelet punching machine)
I.Basic Definitions
Equipment specifically used for punching and riveting metal eyelets (known in the industry as 'eyelet fasteners') on tags, color cards, tote bags, leather, and portfolio.
Regular paper is easily torn when ponched directly, but the metal eyelet reinforcement round hole facilitates the attachment of lanyards and chains, making it a standard equipment for garment tag processing plants.
II. Working Principle
The motor/cylinder provides the punching force, completing three steps in one go:
1.Punch a round hole in the paper with the die.
2.Automatic conveying of metal corrhale fasteners.
3.Stamping: The base of the coms is curfied to secure the paper, ensuring a firm fixation. The edges are smooth, preventing the rope from being cut and making it less likely to tear.
III. Top Three Mainline Models (by Level of Automation)
1.Manual call ginding machine (for small workshops, proofing purposes)
-No motor, relying on hand-operated handle for power, manual operation for placing corns buckles.
-Advantages: cheap, small, unplugged
-Disadvantages: inefficient, suitable for small sample quantities and small batch orders.
2.Semi-automatic electric calendering machine (the mainstream in printing plants)
-The motor automatically places the eyelet buckles, requiring only manual tagging.
-One pedal stroke can produce 300-600 stamps per minute.
-Suitable for clothing tags and paper tote bags, the single-head model is the most versatile.
3.Fully automated assembly line callus removal machine (suitable for mass production in large factories)
-Equipped with a conveying belt, it automatically performs tag delivery, positioning, hole punching, counting, and material collection.
-PLC touch-screen settings, enabling linkage between the die-cutting and the point counting machine assembly line;
-Suitable for large-scale tag manufacturers capable of producing over 100,000 tags per day.
IV. Applicable Products (Commonly Used in the Industry)
1.Clothing: clothing tags, luggage tags, and jewelry color cards;
2.Packaging categories: Kraft paper tote bags, handle holes for gift boxes, and file folders;
3.Other applications: leather upper, curtain holes, ID cards, home textile labels.
V. Core Function (Why the Label Must Use It)
1.Strengthen the paper holes: Thick cardboard and special paper are prone to cracking when punched, while metal eyelet edges a more durable.
2.Smooth threading: The round hole metal hemming will not fray nylon or cotton ropes.
3.Aesthetic and neatness: Uniform hole size, batch processing of tags with standard appearance;
4.Supporting process: After the callus is removed, the shoe is directly fed into the tag and stringing machir to complete the entire processing.
VI. Supporting consumables
Metal eyelets (available in copper, iron, and stainless steel) with common hole diameters of 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm, suitable for different cord diameters.
