Threading machine fault elimination method

1 knot problems
Phenomenon: in the knotting process, line slip from the hook mouth SP-F-004/SP-F-005, which is in line hook halfway out.
Reason: Dial line hook head SP-B-026 position is too high can not lead to pull the line all hook hook into mouth SP-F-004/SP-F-005.
Solution: loosened line knife pressure two M5 block on the SP-B-027 inner six angle screw, will dial the line hook head SP-B-026 in counterclockwise direction is adjusted downward to the correct position, after locking the M5 inner six angle screws.
The phenomenon: when the phenomenon: when the pull wire knife in SP-B-023 under the pressure of the process, from the line over the hook mouth SP-F-004/SP-F-005, lead line cannot be dialed line hook SP-B-026 hook.

2 scissors problem:
The phenomenon of scissors after, can not return to the correct position.
The reason: the scissors SP-E-010 pad is too thick, stuck to the scissors reset.
Solution: remove or reduce gasket fixed scissors behind SP-E-010
Reason: scissors reset spring SP-E-001 vector.
Resolution: the replacement of a new spring SP-T-001.
The phenomenon of scissors: continuous line.
Reason: SP-E-010/SP-E-011 wear scissors.
Solution: the blade part of repair or replacement of SP-D-010/SP-E-011 scissors, scissors.
Reasons: two M8 locking nuts with scissors SP-E-010/SP-E-011 behind the loose, resulting in two pieces of gap.
Solution: the self-locking nut two M8 lock.

Solution: loosen the pressure module on the SP-D-093 M6 in the six corners of the screw, re adjust the position of the punch die.
